Personal Tour Director: Each tour is conducted by an English speaking tour director who remains with the group throughout the duration of the tour on land. Tours number 6-25 persons.

Lodging: Accommodations included may differ from U.S. standards.  The neighboring hotel has the cozy flavor of a country inn with a view of the castle in a nostalgic setting. Ultra modern facilities with baths and – if you choose - even a bridal suite is at your convenience. If additional space is required, Freedom ONE will provide accommodation in other, similar hotels.

Meals: All meals are included. Due to the active itinerary, lunches will be provided in boxes. Please notify your agent if you have special dietary requirements.

Transportation: All motor coach (small groups may not have air-conditioned buses) and rail are included.

Personal Expenses: Such as phone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mineral waters, soft drinks, airline excess baggage charges, and other incidentals are not included.

Passports: U.S. Citizens need a valid passport. Non-U.S. Citizens please check with the appropriate consulate for entry and/or visa requirements.

Deposits: $200.00 per person for land arrangements due within 7 days of booking or reservation will automatically be canceled. Additional payment requirements for air tickets or other services will be confirmed at time of reservation. A signed release and indemnity statement (provided by Freedom ONE) must accompany final payment.

Full payment: Due 45 days prior to departure.

Cancellations: If cancellation in writing is received by Freedom ONE, Inc. more than 45 days prior to departure, all funds paid will be refunded, in full, less an administrative charge of $50 per person. Time of cancellation will be when notice is received in our Newmarket office. Other cancellation charges will be levied as follows:

45-40 days prior to departure; 10% of tour price: 39-20 days prior to departure; 25% of tour price: 19-10 days prior to departure; 50% of tour price: 9 days and under/no shows; 100% of tour price

Currency Exchange: It is recommended that you exchange at least some of your money prior to departure. Also note that German banks will not accept American coinage for exchange.

Membership/Health: Participants must be able to participate in tour activities. We consider this a moderately strenuous program. Walking and climbing stairs are part of many excursions. All participants are expected to be in good health, enjoy traveling as part of a group and be ready to experience cultural differences with grace.

Children On Tours: Unaccompanied minors under 18 years of age cannot be accepted on any tour, and children under the age of 7 cannot be accepted.
